As a homeowner that is taxed on this service being provided. I feel they should be doing a better job than they are doing when customer service issues arise.

But they don't an really could care less attitudes over the phone as well.

The drivers miss trash an large bulk items quite frequently. This also needs to be addressed.

Contact Waste pro Ft. Myers, Fl can itself is busted front an back trash coming thru.

Due to pickup person constantly throwing can on to side walk or in my ditch. After pickup my can never is found standing up I called yesterday .was told someone will replace today 9/25/18 . After 2pm come on a break its still there ..called again only to be told it can be 72hrs before i can get another. But yet i am expected to hold putting in inside until then..that the most ridicoulous thing anyone should have to do at thier home.Considering its only one day they pick up is monday only.
