Waste Pro Usa - They won't return calls or replace the can they took

I have not been able to get Wastepro to answer the phone or return my calls. They took one of my containers without explaination and have not brought another one out. Also, they would pick up one of the cans prior to them taking one and not empty the other. I pay for 2 containers. It has been two months now without any results from Wastepro!

After emptying recycle bin, they leave bin lying in the street , obstructing traffic. Have complained before to office. No improvement. Why is tax money paid for POOR workmanship? Leaving bins in the street is a danger to the community!
