Waste Pro Usa - No trash pick up

It snowed and my trash did not get picked up. I waited 2 days and called to see if my trash was going to pick up. The staff stated no, I requested a credit and she stated no. My contract is weekly. This is the third time, I had problems with Waste Pro. My trash was not picked up and I called and they stated they would come the next day and it never happen. I called and they credit to my account. Why am I paying for a service, I did not receive. I will take the amount off my bill. I do not recommend this company.

Waste Pro Usa - I have no complaints

I own several homes in Florida and never had a issue with customer service or the workers. They came by daily after hurricanes/storms and collected debris. When my trash can broke customer service sent over a new one in a timely manner. I am very respectful with the workers and thank them often, respect and kindness goes along way!
