Waste Pro each quarter has invoices dated on the 20th of the month before the new quarter for pick-up service begins, though residential customers don't receive the invoices for another 3 weeks which puts in around the 12 or 13 of the month the new quarter begins. On the invoice it states due within 30 days of invoice!

Why do we only get 1 week to pay before we receive calls stating that regarding a past due balance on your account which may affect your pick up. Not even having service for 1 month and paying ahead for the next 2 months is NOT past due since whom ever does invoices never get them mailed on time. Maybe those employees should be docked on their pay for not getting the invoices out to customers on time! Mr.

John J. Jennings look into this and get your employees that can't get their work done correctly out the door!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Invoices not sent on time, Drivers roll the trucks so cans fall lids open even in the rain, When yard debris in yard trash bags are thrown back in yard.
