Missed pickups, no returned calls or emails, poor attitude and service from the workers on the trucks. I could go on and on but why?

I see the owner responds occasionally to the feedback but primarily to only the good feedback. Today the worker on the truck laughed in my wife's face and just shrugged his shoulders when she asked why they wouldn't pick up some bagged trash. We were told by the company that they would take up to 20 bags outside the can on each pickup. I'm now paying an independent trash hauler to come get them.

Ridiculous. Looking for a replacement carrier now
